Hello everyone, how are you all doing? I hope well.
I am back to share my food/health report for the day.
I was surprised when I stepped on the scale this morning to see a new low. Hopefully it will still be there, or even lower tomorrow when I share a weekly weigh in.
Blood sugars:
Fasting - 91
Meal 1/workout 1 - 149
Meal 2 - 79
Meal 3/workout 2 - 67
That was frustrating to see the 149 again, but I checked like after 5 minutes of working out. The second time I checked after working out it was 2 hours later.
So, what did I eat? You can see in the photo again - not sure if I will share it like this daily though.
Meal 1 - 6 slices of turkey bacon and 2 string cheese sticks.
Meal 2 - 1 fried egg, 1 piece of salmon, 1 TBSP ranch dressing.
Meal 3 - "Taco Bowl" - 3 oz ground beef with taco seasoning, sour cream, cheese.
My calories were pretty low for the day....but it felt like plenty of food.
Macros -
Calories - 1,131
Protein - 76
Fat - 87
Carbs - 12
Steps for the day - 14,395
Calories burned in 2 hours + of working out - 1,107
I did 1 hour of dancing and 1 hour of an actual work out, but it was still dancing (lol).
So, what do you think of this day? Also, how did you do?
For those interested - here is one of those "workouts"
Wanted to switch up the music in this one. Another New video will still drop Tuesday/9am(PST) Don’t worry?????? I'll keep things going EVEN AFTER LOCKDOWN. Reme...

Well in April 6 pounds, but I gained some back in May....so not really sure how much I have exactly lost lol.
2 KG is good (had to look it up in pounds) - so congrats on that so far :)

@MommyOfEli2013 I hope so too. Although I don't monitor what I eat, I just love the feeling of sweating and let those fats out:)

This is much better. I know sodium isn't something you watch for, but it is still a factor in water weight. You got rid of a thousand from yesterday and you saw the scale move down. Try to get it under 2400. You have some very high sodium foods. If you cut those in half, you might see a bigger difference on the scale.
I did well yesterday.

@MommyOfEli2013 That's good you can have that much sodium. I'd be a blimp if I had that much sodium.

@just4him Well I can't have that much sodium WITH carbs....I have swelling at that point....but if I am eating very little carbs then no issue.

It us recommended those who do low carb get 4 thousand mg and up of sodium...actually losing the weight loss happened after the day i had 3000+ sodium. I gain when I eat carbs because thats what makes you hold onto water weight. I may write about the research ive done on that.
I eat a carnivore style diet, so i will always have sodium. Only way i could probably cut it out is if i ate fruits and veggies and thats not happening lol.
And maybe not everyone on low carb can have more sodium, but i know what i consume is okay as long as I'm not having carbs
Im glad you did well too!
