My husband just told me that on average we spend only 200 USD on food every month.
I asked him how come? He explained to me that each time we go to market for shopping our groceries, he just spends around 50 USD. And we go to the market is only once a week.
I'm so happy to know that.
Well, that's reasonable because we live a simple life. And also due to the quarantine we always cook for our food.
What do you think?
How much do you spend on groceries every month?

I agree with you. My husband told me that the price of food in Colombia is much cheaper than in US.

Yeah, when we told our neighbors about the amount of money that we spend on groceries, they were surprised. They said they spent a lot more than we did.

I would say that is about what we spend. We go less than once a week, but spend more. Not all of it is food, though.

I agree with you. It depends on the food that we buy and their price.

Happy for you that you don't spend lots of money. I spend more than 200 dollars on groceries and that is only for myself, one person. I don't understand how you two can spend so little but good for you.

@Miss_Leafy As others have said, perhaps the food is cheaper where you live than where I live.

I spend 2-3 million rupiah per month and it is ramadan so we spend more now. $1 equals to 15000 rupiah
