Do you have yellow rice in your country?
Today I made yellow rice. It is rice made using rice, turmeric, bay leaves, fried shallot and garlic, lemon grass, salt, and sometimes with coconut milk.
Yellow rice is usually served with other dishes like sweet crispy fried tempeh, crispy sauteed seasoned shredded coconut, sauteed vegetables, sliced cucumber, and sambal (indonesian hot sauce).
As I'm an indonesian, when I was still inIndonesia, I had it almost every day for my breakfast.
I made yellow rice today for our lunch. I was so happy that my husband liked it. And he said he wanted to have yellow rice again tomorrow.

That looks really good. Do you like tempeh? I don't think I ever ate tempeh.

To be honest I don't know, I didn't even pay attention to whether it is available in stores because I always buy a certain type
