Decided on baked pork chops and mashed potatoes and butter for dinner.
As the weather heats up, I will cook light dinners.
I usually add another vegetable but today I just went with potatoes and called it dinner.
Enjoy your dinner and evening everyone.

I'm not a fan of pork chops. Somehow I always turn out dry and hard. I don't mind calling potatoes dinner

Baked pork chops sounds delicious! I am a big fan of pork chops. I had chicken wings and fries for dinner tonight.

@CarolDM That's what I love about pork chops! They are so easy to make. And yes, the wings were delicious, but I was very surprised the restaurant didn't seem to be following any social distancing requirements inside the restaurant. Every table was full and nobody had masks on. It would have been funny if it wasn't so serious.

Pork chops are such a rare meal here. Two of us eat pork chops, but the other one will not. Seems silly to get a meat that not everyone will eat.

@CarolDM Oh, that sounds delicious! I like the occasional pork tenderloin biscuit from biscuitville, but I am not sure if they still do those.

I like this one. It's been a long time since I last had a pork chop. We seldom buy because it is not easy to cook.

@CarolDM our usual way of cooking is pan fried. It is so difficult because the pork chop would curl so the cooking is not even.

They look good! Do you know I have never baked pork chops? I always floured and fried them and then smothered them in a brown onion gravy.

That sure sounds good. I just can't seem to get pork chops to taste right for some reason.

@CarolDM I do that, but maybe it's because I can't use the regular Shake and bake because of the gluten thing.
