Having another light dinner tonight. Have been woking on some projects and took a break to eat.
A baked sweet potato with cinnamon, sugar, as well as butter. That is my dinner. Just the potato.
I also have cinnamon, sugar and butter toast often for breakfast. A great combination.
Have you tried this food? And sweet potatoes are not only tasty, but they are healthy.
Have a good evening everyone.

The picture is interesting. There's something inside the sweet potato.

@CarolDM what I mean by what's inside is the other ingredients made the sweet potato like a cup.

@Alexandoy Sorry, I understand now. This is very good to me. Some will eat this without any extras.

Yes, it's a healthy root crop. We call it camote in our place. We even roast or boil it. It's delicious.

This looks so good! I never baked sweet potato with cinnamon and sugar. Just do olive oil, sea salt, and dried basil.

I usually eat plain sweet potatoes unless I mash them. Then I add margarine, brown sugar and orange marmalade.

Never tried it with marmalade or brown sugar. Just do olive oil, sea salt, and dried basil. Sometimes may add 21 seasoning salute spice from Trader Joe's or a dried herb blend. I do that for yams as well. Personally, hard for me to tell a yam apart from a sweet potato, especially in the store. Like if there wasn't a label on it I wouldn't be able to tell what it is.

Did you melt marshmallows on the potato? I can't quite tell by the photo. Or is that melted butter? Looks delicious!
