Honey to relieve little flu symptoms

Early this morning, i got my body cold and little bit shivering. I dont know, its because the cool temp of the rainy a long the day or because I myself going to have a flu. But, immediately i took my honey in the bootle and swallowed it. Off course i had a lot of drink too. Then.. now.. it is 7 am here, i feel better. How about you? What do you do when the influenza's symptoms comes?

These days flu symptoms are really scary. I use ginger and honey . Also warm saline gargles become a must for me

Hehe yes off course, because it almost the same with covid symptoms..
. Ginger is good idea friend.. i will try it.. it can make our body warm, right...

Tea, lemon and honey maybe easy to find in my daily kitchen... but mint is rather difficult friend. But without mint i thinks it delicious enough

We always have honey in the house, I mix it with native lemon and ginger.

Oh.. yes my friend. Lemonade also good couple to honey. The taste is sweet and sour. So yummy. But now i havent any lemonade. I cant add it on my honey spoon
