Are you aware that both Santol also known as cotton fruit and capcicum are good sources of vitamins such as vitamin C, B and good source of dietary fiber. According to my friend capsicum has more vitamin c than cotton fruit. The capsicum in the picture or given to me by a friend and the cotton fruit were picked up by my brother which fell on the ground from a neighbor's backyard.

@florelway I like the pizza "Italian style", with only tomatoes mozzarella and oregano, I know that outside Italy people love plenty of toppings, but I am really picky with my pizza, I think that it shows that I am Italian.

@florelway santol seeds has a sweet sour taste it's almost similar to a taste of mangosteen. The inner flesh can also be eaten and it's full of anti oxidant properties taste is a combination of acrid, a little bitter and sweet sour.

Yes those are bell peppers, or capcicum. The santol fruit is a tropical fruit that grows in mostly tropical areas like the Philippines.
