Hello, all ! I was a bit concerned about not being able to sleep last night because of the nap I took. Well, I not only slept, but I slept in! Feeling better today, and hope to get a bit more done "chore wise" around the house. The sun appears to be out, so Angel will be getting her walks. Right now I need to finish up stuff on the computer, and then get breakfast and coffee. Have a super awesome great day/evening/etc. in your part of myLot land, and I will "see" you all later !

I totally relate! I take naps in the afternoon (some may know it as siesta), and when I retire for the night sleep doesn't come easily. And when I awake, it's already past 8 am, which is the start of doing housechores for us. Perhaps you can try taking a power nap, which is 20-30mins so that you can sleep better at night? That's what I do now and I can tell you, it really helps! It energizes you after the nap in the afternoon and at night, you can sleep soundly.
