You said you have cashout once and later said you use translator, and they don't allow that.
Please be straight to the point. Infact if you have cashedout from this site, you can show a screenshot of your payout proof to clear our minds from asking such again and again.

It takes me at least two months to get $5 here. $5/day seems too good to be true...
