It just so happened that in the fall of last year I began to cope with panic attacks and my life returned to normal. I was greatly helped by rest in the mountains, fresh air, sledding, positive emotions and a change of environment. And I also found a hobby, started drawing and making fakes out of epoxy resin , everything was fine until self-isolation started. In December, I fell ill , I had a cough, fever and all the resulting, unfortunately, I did not heal and this cough I had left , on March 23, after the next news about the pandemic, my cough increased, I began to suffocate . To everything I started a strong panic and the symptoms were added more and more to the flesh until I lost consciousness, and without thinking I called an ambulance, after half an hour I was taken to the hospital, all as expected, doctors in suits, masks, etc. They put me in a box , I was there alone , they gave me an injection, gave me a couple of pills, and lo and behold, I let go , I fell asleep. On the same day they took a test for Coronavirus , two days later the answer came ,as you already guessed, it was negative. No more tests were taken and I was allowed to go home, due to the fact that I still had a cough, I was told to drink Ambroxol and ACC. So, I finished drinking Ambroxol, and to my great regret, the cough did not pass, (those who had panic attacks will understand me) due to the fact that I did not pass any more tests , I began to be tormented by doubts and I began to put myself diagnoses , starting from bronchitis and ending with hidden pneumonia. And of course everything started over again, the coughing became more frequent, the panic attacks returned .And then came the day when I reached the doctor (I have hepatitis since childhood,I am observed in an infectious disease specialist).I explained to her the whole situation and asked for help, I was sent for an x-ray, as it turned out, my lungs were clean , I passed all the tests , as a result, I found bronchitis as a residual phenomenon of the fact that I was not treated in the winter, I was prescribed pills, vitamins and sent home. Now I want to say that the cough does not torment me , but there is something unpleasant, I noticed that I constantly control my breathing, and the more I do it the worse it becomes, I suffocate ,I do not have enough air, I go constantly yawning . Making a conclusion from all that was, I can say that self-isolation returned me to a panic attack , at that time it served as a trigger and now I again have a long way to peace of mind. This time I decided to try yoga, because it is not possible to get out somewhere, and of course to watch less TV. See you soon, don't get sick! The photo was taken in December last year.
