Sure, I will share mine with you here. I was always fat off and on since I was kid. My mother made delicious desserts. I did diets and lost the weight but gained it back. When I came to Israel it took 6 months before gaining the weight. I always did it for someone else and needed to just do it for me. I joined Overeaters Anonymous here and one day someone said something that stuck with me. Diets are not the answer. Giving up things are good. I still remained fat and then about 3 years ago I could not stand to look at myself in the mirror so started on my journey. It took a long time but I started to give up things. it was very hard. I then concentrated on giving things up. I then started to lose weight and then started to feel that I do not want food and can look at them and not feel hungry. After 3 years I have lost lots of weight. I exercise 3 times a day and when can do a walking work out online. Before the virus came to Israel I used to walk a lot and walk to places more than take my scooter. I only eat two meals a day and do not eat in between meals. I drink. I take medication after the 2nd meal and only drink and do not eat at night. The one thing I am maintaining is my weight loss even though I am very stressed.
