When you find exercise you enjoy!

I find exercise difficult. I just don't like it, though I enjoy yoga, I also find it hard to motivate myself to doing it. Every now and again I think to myself I wouldn't mind having a go and so I do. I like to walk but I'm no hiker and sometimes with my chronic fatigue syndrome even the thought of that wears me out. So I've needed to find other things to balance this, I have found body groove which I admit was a little more then just walking it was bouncy dance steps, today I managed two short workouts, which did get me out breath, and I did feel it working on my muscles. Misty also does slower workouts by the look of it some form of yoga too. So I have subscribed to the body groove programe and I'm just hoping that I will keep it up so that I can get to my ideal fitness level and still enjoy exercising every day even once I've reached my goal. It was so much fun and I feel so good for achieving it today. Just wanted to share my personal victory today. Two or three days ago I was feeling pretty down and hopeless, I've been feeling chubby and annoyed at myself. For so long I've just not been motivated to do any form of exercise, today I forced myself with the help from reflecting on my self love and telling myself that it is ok to be where I am at fitness wise, as long as I start something now.

I'm glad you found some exercise mojo. I've started lifting an old dumbbell that I've ignored for years.

I was always a fitness freak.I still pump iron and some walking if I can.Have to keep moving

You should try eating citrus fruits.
