Covid has cause a dent in the romantic movie industry. No more french kissing or love making with social distancing being the new way of life.Empty theaters and stages, no more parties and close up dancing. It is going to be a very boring world for the next couple of years.

I believe a cure or vaccine will be found eventually and things will go back to normal. But it will take a few years.

@Calebxy I was at awe after reading one airline here where they have made necessary adjustments for the new normal. Oh well...life goes on.

It certainly will take a few years, so I would have thought that the world will have found a new norm by the time a vaccine is found (if one is found)

I don’t want that to be the case, but I really don’t see how it could possibly *not* be like that this year

@askme123 movie theatres will focus on crowd management. maintaining distance will become the norm. People will prefer watching movies online than in theatres .

True, it is already becoming extremely popular to watch things at home now. Maybe there will be channels that you have to pay for for the code to access (like a ticket) and it’s a different code for each film

Perhaps there will be a big resurgence in drive-in theatres

Maybe there will be going forward. That still has some degree of crowding in terms of the number of cars in one space
