Superhero action scenes

I wrote some superhero stories for my young cousin a few years ago, and something that really struck me was how difficult it was to think of scenarios that didn’t involve fighting bad guys. I was trying to get inspiration from my favourite superhero movies, but almost all the superhero action scenes I could think of involved fighting.
Some of the only action scenes that didn’t involve fighting that I could think of where the ones from the original Superman movie, and also Superman Returns (whereas one the new one, Man of Steel, almost all the action scenes are fights).
Can anyone think of good superhero action scenes that did not involve any fighting?

Superhero without fighting? So you mean superhero's normal life? Well...I don't think your young cousin will like that.

See, this is a good demonstration of how conditioned we now are to associate superheroes with fighting. But really, the point of superheroes is to save people, isn’t it? It’s just that most of the time that is done by means of fighting bad guys. But what about saving people from non-personal threats? Like the crashing plane in Superman Returns, or the earthquake in the 1978 Superman film, or the scene where he saves Lois from falling from a skyscraper in that same film.
