The new kids on the block

Those 4 toddlers are playing with dirt. They have been there for about 10 minutes before I took the picture. I had told them to stop but they didn't mind me. Another adult passed by and also told them to stop but was ignored. They live in a rented house nearby. They were the same kids who broke the branch of our guava tree.

I don't know where the parents are. My concern is the stubborn kids wouldn't listen to adults. They are the same kids who broke the branch of our guava tree.

@LadyDuck it's not good to tell the parents since I do not know them. Some parents would take it bad as if I am interfering in their life.

@Alexandoy I don't know what to say...Honestly, I think a test should be done to see if people are capleable to be parents. Not everyone has that qualifications.

Those 4 boys are from 2 families, they are close neighbors. Yes, I see them as mischievous, destroying the plants in front of the houses.
