A happily married man with 2 little kids and loving wife were spending the lockdown period at home. The man got a call and the person at the other end said he was his childhood friend and needed help as was stuck due to the lockdown in the same town as he lived. The man was more than willing to help his old friend.
The married man made all arrangements for his stay at his house. For one month the friend stayed and had a memorable stay with the family. Lockdown was relaxed a few days back and now as the married man enquired his friend about his return plans. His home stay friend refused to leave the house saying he was in love with his wife and will not return untill the married man's wife accompanied him.
The poor man got the shock of his life. His wife was also more than willing to go with the friend.
With the intervention of the police the friend vacated the family man's house but the next day found his wife and kids missing. Again the police councelled the woman and the friend after which the lady returned with the kids to her husband who accepted her with open arms.
What is your reaction to this story?
Did the friend betray the family man?
Why did the woman leave her husband?
Why did the family man accept the woman back?

In our culture, it is not right for a married man to let a male friend stay in the house. The story is clear that the poor man was betrayed not only by his wife but also by his friend that he had helped.

@jayanth_77 that is a very sad story for someone who was generous to help someone who betrayed him. We call that kind of person a snake, you help and then he bites you.

Trusting someone blindly has its pitfalls. The married man should have thought about consequence of bringing another man to home for a long stay.

Yes the family man thought about the kids more than his self interest as they needed both the father and mother.

I don`t like the wife and his friends did to the family. I`m sure they will not have happiness in the future because there will be full of bad thinking. There`s a possibility that they will not trust each other too anymore

@jayanth_77 Yes. That`s right and it will be the same with the other relationship even if they insist that they love each other. There will come a time that both of them will have the same problem

You are right. The husband should have been strict and and not take her back but for the sake of kids he did it.

That is really something. All he wanted to do was help the guy out. For the guy to do this to his friend is something, but, the wife to go along with it does not say that much about the marriage. I cannot answer why the woman left her husband because I really do not know them and anything about their home life. I cannot judge the man for taking her back and do not know their situation other than what was written here.
