That is very true because you will have more time to think about your future and learn from your good moments and bad moments and also from people who sorounds you either family members and workmates.

I agree with you. We're so busy hustling and we already forgot ourselves. We should also make time for ourselves especially mental health.

I slept all day every day for 2 weeks now I am up every day at 6 to study and then clean at 1pm. Quarantine is good because it helps decimate the spread of the virus but it is bad for my mental health too...

Try doing daily routines or do some of your hobby, read books, mental exercise let go of the negative thoughts
