A Pretty Good Day

I have to say that I had a wonderful day today.
After an early breakfast, I went downstairs and walked for 15 minutes,
that is 5 more minutes than yesterday.
But I had to use my Nordic Poles to help me today.
Then later on I went to work in the garden and then lunch.
Then I went back after my rest to the garden.
I love the sun and the peace of the day.
Except that there was someone using a chain saw here and there
to bug me.
Dinner will be soon, and then some news watching and then reading in bed.
I am very grateful for today.

I’m happy you had such a nice day.
My husband had to use his chainsaw yesterday, but it was far enough from the house that I didn’t hear it. They can be loud and annoying.
Tomorrow will be another beautiful day to enjoy the great outdoors. My son is coming for a walk with us. We talked him out of going to Brooklyn and Queens in New York with his French girlfriend, thank goodness.
Tonight we are about to begin our Saturday date night!
