I don't know whats going on because whenever I post a response, the number next to my name does not increase. Is this suppose to happen or is this a techincial issue?

Yes, it has been happening almost all day now. It will eventually increase though. Once you make a few posts or so, it will increase to where it's supposed to be. It will do that on and off. :)

well i did encounter such things also, but usually after a couple of more postings, the rating will jump up in a shot. think it's a technical issue. Lets keep our fingers crossed.

who can i complain to and will they have a record that i have done the number of response, else how am i going to prove?
