So, I have received an email from my go-to salon here in the south. They sent me the list of their promotional packages which will last until June 30th. They are asking me to schedule an appointment should I want to pay a visit. So, does it mean they are now ready to open and accept clients? We have over 14,000 cases here in PH and I don’t think I’d take the risk.
Would you dare to go to a salon to have your much-needed hair fix?

I had my hair cut at home. And I dont bother looking good for now. I remember thinking of applying lipstick and blush when I was going out then realized it was useless because it cover half of my face.

@hereandthere That's right. And it is also a waste of make up product as well as time and effort. Better not bother.

Yes, actually I used to do that a week before the lockdown. I remember applying lip and cheek tint but I have realized they were useless

@hereandthere only for 2 months. LOL. I don't have hair rebounding anymore since my hair has been bleached.

@kepweng because I don`t like to go to crowded people and here people can`t avoid people from coming into a place like that

I personally wouldn't go out if it what I'll be doing isn't essential.
Since the lock down begun, I only went out for the weekends to do groceries and go to the public market. Trying my best to limit going out and doing all my errands on just one day.
The risk isn't worth it.

I don't think I will go either. I'm cutting my own hair now.

Same here. But just the dry ends, though.

It would depend on your area. You might have 14,000 cases in the Philippines, but how many where you live? If the cases are low and your area is opening up, I don't see any reason not to make an appointment.

It sounds that way. I have someone that comes to my home to cut my hair and she came the other day. It feels good to have a hair cut.

I'd rather not cut my hair. Safety is our main priority. Prevention is better than cure.
