Yes, that's true. I think I can't live without fruits. I love fruits. Everyday I feel like I have to eat fruits. I eat fruits in my breakfast, then I eat fruits for snacking in the afternoon or evening, and when we go out I like to bring some apples or oranges for snacking while walking.
There's a time when we ran out of fruits. I didn't eat any fruit for one day, and I felt like my body missed something.
What about you?
Can you live without fruits?

@nawala123 That's good. Do you take medicine for your psoriasis?

I'm sorry to hear that you have psoriasis. Eating fresh fruits is indeed very helpful. My younger sister has psoriasis too. She eats a lot of fresh fruits to help moisturize her skin.

Fruits are regulating foods. How long have you been been eating fruits?

I have been eating fruits since I was a kid. When I was a kid, I could eat a lot of fruits everyday.

@Miss_Leafy I do like most fruits. Strawberries, mangoes, bananas, apples, just to name a few.

Fruit is an important part of our menu here. We eat fruit, veggies, nuts and seeds (no meat) on a regular basis.

@Miss_Leafy We are a vegan/vegetarian household. Some will have an occasional egg or some cheese.
We learned to make our own cheese with cashews. so good!

No meat? Do you mean that you're vegetarian?

I'm not a fruit lover. I can easily survive without them
