How did I loose two kgs in a week

I have to admit that I have good metabolism so I wasn't worried about putting on weight and I used to eat everything. Once I heard that bread and other carbs can cause cellulite, so I decided to cut them out of my diet. One week or one and half week later my mom said I look so skinny. I weighted myself and I lost two kilos. I haven't changed anything else about my diet only this. Oh and I exchanged white sugar for Stevia or pure honey. So I assume if you have an average metabolism then you could loose a kg per week and if your metabolism slow, then up to half kg per week with cutting out all carbs. You can reach a lot with just little changes. Instead of salad dressing use virgin olive oil and lemon juice, instead of processed vegetable oils cook with coconut oil. You can drink green coffee for burning calories or you can try devil's claw supplement for weight loss. I have extended knowledge on health and nutrition or homeopathic healing. So if you have a suggestion for a topic comment about it please!

Maybe it helped by taking out what you did with your diet that you lost the two kilos. I have made changes and have lost weight. If you have not told us about you then that would be a good post to share with us.

Could you justify that the use of coconut oil instead of vegetable oil is better for weight loss. Like I know coconot oil is beneficial in certain aspects but not sure if it is better in losing weight also.

@parpande I mentioned coconut oil mostly because it's much healthier option, it doesn't have processed trans fats as vegetable oils, what you can get in the supermarket (palm oil is the same in this as vegetable oil), they are the fats can cause weight gain or even other health issues over long periods of time. Also scientists and nutritionists claiming that coconut oil can help you loose weight because it's producing medium-chain triglycerides which absorbs in the bloodstream directly and less likely to be stored as fat. It makes you feel more full as well, so you'll eat less. It's more expensive than vegetable oil but good investment for your health.

I go for morning walk it helps a lot to controlling my weight..
