The other night, I was just watching TV but I felt uncomfortable with my vision and then there's this bout of lightheadedness. I just ignored the symptoms and I still manage to replace the dead battery of my weighing scale. I thought I will be fine after. When I went to bed and lied down, I felt that my world was spinning in which I was to fall to somewhere. I closed my eyes thinking that it will subside but it just worsen and faster than the previous one. I sat down on the bed and lean to the headboard. That was terrible. I think I suffered with vertigo.

The Gama ray of television can be harmful for our eyes, try to keep a good distance between you and your device.

That's true! One reason why I seldom watch movies through our tv. Neither from my cp. I'd rather have it through the big screen, while enjoying my popcorn!

@ZedSmart Then it could be vertigo, all right! I now remember. When I'd been having that too, years ago, my husband brought me to a Doc. It was a good news! I was pregnant! Yehey!

I am. I have a maintenance medicine but that is different from the dizziness I experience due to it. It's like spinning 360 degrees.
