Lunch is Ready: Broiled Stuffed Milkfish

Milkfish is one of my favorite fishes. I prepared for lunch a bit early and it's ready now. On the table is a broiled stuffed milkfish. The stuffing consists of herbs, spices, chopped tomatoes and seasoned with salt and pepper. I load the fish at the turbo broiler and in less than 30 minutes it's done.

We don't have broiler. We grill it over a glowing charcoal. We eat it while it's still hot.
