DIY oven

I love cakes and bread so much, ever since I was a kid. When I was in highschool, I wanted to join the culinary club, but since they do their homeworks at home, that means you have to bake at home, and back then we don't have an oven, I have to set that dream aside. Additionaly, we are not yet technologically inclined by then. Now, thanks to the internet, with just one click away, I already know what to do. I don't have an oven until now but I managed to bake a moist chocolate cake and a banana bread. I just heat a big caserole (inside it is the stove ring cradle) for about 10 minutes. Then put the small caserole inside where the batter is placed. And well, it worked! I'm so happy! I'm thankful there are a lot that we can learn from the internet now. Good day!

@CarolDM That chocolate cake in the picture looks very yummy. I miss it. I have not gone to the places that I like the desserts yet. I gave up baking a long time ago since I would eat what I made and got very fat from it and also have an old stove so no baking these days. That is great that you have some goodies in 10 minutes.

Oh yes, since this pandemic, I found time to bake again. Try not to be tempted with what you bake, so you won't gain a lot of weight.
