Food preparation to cook

I went to the traditional market just now. I bought many vegetables. Then i will clean it and keep into storage food. It make me easy when i am cooking everyday, cause i dont need to go outside to buy vegetables. Maybe it is for 3 - 4 days. How about you? Do you do food prep to? What vegetables do you choose?

For vegetables, we buy what we are going to cook for the day. We do not store vegetables in the fridge except tomatoes and cucumber that last longer.

Yes my friend... you choose fresh vegetables.. good choice.

I do that too. I like to have green bell pepper, carrots, cucumber ready to just cut up for a meal.
