Today I noticed something about myself. It's something that I've been doing since I was a child. At my work, there is one customer who always gives me money and tells me "That's for you. It's your tip for being a hard worker." But I never put the money in my pocket. I put it in the cash register. Even when I used to work at a bar. The bartenders had to give the kitchen staff a specific percentage of their tips. I always gave them more than the percentage. When I was a kid, I always used my money to make everyone else happy. I would buy everyone gifts, and take them out to eat at restaurants. Maybe it's something that I learned from my late mom. She always said "If I have it, I'll share it."
