Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
I woke up with a good sunny morning and enjoyed my breakfast with a nice hot chococappuccino 
but my thoughts was not about my breakfast or lunch but my plan of dinner for later
I`m thinking of having a salad but I mix it with a spam strips.
Now, I`m wondering what you all mix with your salad? Meat or just plain vegetables?
I hope you can share it with me here

salad night really depends on who is making the fixings. sometimes we have meat sometimes just veggies.

we do salad dressing on the side. Toppings, wholly depend on who is cooking!

I usually make a simple salad as a side dish with different lettuce, cucumbers, sweet onion, and Gorgonzola cheese.
For a dinner salad, I use all the above and add chick peas, black olives, peppers, hard boiled eggs, and tuna, turkey, or ham.

@m_audrey6788 I usually make my own dressing, but sometimes I buy a salad kit that comes with its own dressing.
I barely use any dressing on my salads, but hubs can’t eat a salad without some dressing.

@m_audrey6788 A bunch of greens, with chicken tenders on top, with mango and avocado slices. French dressing. Very yummy and good for a hot weather menu!

It depends on what I have handy. Usually I like a bit of grilled chicken on my salads but I also like to load up my salad with veggies even if I don't have any meat.

@m_audrey6788 usually I use a bottle dressing ( either blue cheese or Caesar ). Otherwise I will use oil and balsamic vinegar

@m_audrey6788 Yes, thank you too. But the best salad here I prepare is the camote tops salad, I mixed that to vinegar with the tomatoes, unions any(leafy or bulbs), ginger, with the hot pepper then the seasonings. It taste like appetizer for our meals. Camote tops is only in our backyards I planted no need to buy.

@m_audrey6788 To be honest, I rarely put that, my family is not a fan of dressing. Nothing but basic ingredients like salt, oil and vinegar (it all depends on the salad) Thank you happy mylotting to you too

I always prefer Greek salad because I love feta cheese, usually all salads are full of nutrients but this one little special and its very easy to make at home you just need vegetables of daily use. Add some cucumber, pepperoni, onion rings, kalamata olive, feta cheese, mix lettuce try this without any dressing because cheese and kalamata are already salty...
