Sweet Jackfruit

Yesterday I got a piece of jack fruit from my neighbour. I had a hefty time to cut and take out the tender part out of the sticky base. But, enjoyed the fruit eating with honey. Looking for more jack fruit

I no longer cook jack fruit because it is sso tedious to cut it.

I remember in my younger days, when i just climb our jack fruit tree and pick a ripe one and eat it together with my friends. Now everything is for sale and man ripe jack fruit is expensive.
