Today for the lunch appetizer i have prepared salmon tartare with dill yogurt

I love to eat seafood specially salmon so, here i have prepared salmon tartare.
Chop it by using knife, steam for 9 minutes. Keep in the refrigerator for cooling it down and then have to add fine chopped pepperoni, onion, salt and pepper to taste and some lemon juice. Make dill yogurt by add sugar,salt,chopped dill leaves in the yogurt and enjoy it cold.

I don't eat Salomon fish but your presentation is excellent . Looks like you are a cook by profession.
