Health is of Utmost Importance

Would an egg and fresh citrus juice provide the vitamin requirements daily? I have read here in myLot that egg is nature's multivitamin. Once the temperature had become more comfortable I will try some short yoga routine.A short meditation also calms the mind. I also practice prutvi mudra for my depression anxiety. And perhaps listen to some solfeggio music from Meditative mind youtube channel. The best part though is staying positive in life. It is very good for mental health.

Eating fresh food or non processed food is the best for health. That's what I think.

That is true. But the thing now is you have to go back more frequently to buy fresh ingredients which exposes you to the virus. It's such a dilemma.

Exercise and yoga always help a lot. Exercise release a hormone known a Happy hormone which gives us a feeling of well being

I have read somewhere that eating or drinking too much sugar reduces once immunity and that it lasts for a few hours. So my suggestion is to eat more fruits and veggies, especially those which are rich in vitamins C and E and eat less sugary stuff. Exercise of course helps a lot too. This advice that I am giving is very difficult for me. Because I have a very sweet tooth!

Well, if it makes you happy as long as its not life threatening. I eat what I want I dont want to feel deprived . But I also drink turmeric, eat bitter gourd, practice Japan mudra to balance it out and clear the toxins.
