Can you step out in lightning?

Lightning is one thing that really scares me a lot. Once I had one falling close to my face. It was a narrow escape and since then I get an uneasy feeling whenever there is lightning. And it has been a continuous lightning effect since half an hour. I'm glad the the guard is on duty now and he turned on the street lights..the scariness of the deserted street is now a but reduced.

I wouldn’t. I was outside last year and heard a loud clap of thunder, and I ran as fast as my asthmatic lungs would take me to my car. Have you ever seen video of lightning hitting a tree and destroying it? There are videos of it on You Tube. It is fascinating!

I always stay indoors during a thunderstorm, I don't want to be caught out in the open with it. There was a time when lightning struck near our place and it destroyed my wifi modem.

you are lucky to survive a lighting strike. Be careful not to venture out during rain and thunderstorm

I wouldn't necessarily go out and walk in it. However, I do enjoy listening the thunder and see lightning. I've always enjoyed a good thunderstorm.
