Physically Or mentally Old?

Today's topic is a lil bit different. I'm going to share my opinion about our age. Well, we all are growing up some growing teenage to middle age and some growing old or older by age. As a human being I'm also growing older but this growth is physical. I'm not always act like an old or mature. I may grew older but my mental age is under seven or eight years I love to buy candies gums and things belongs to kids. I'm comfortable with my younger. I love to play games I played in my childhood. So, I'm curious to know your physical (if you’ve no problem) and mental age. Are you physically or mentally old? Or just a kid like me?

being mentally young is more important. it helps you to think better and helps you to be active physically .

I want to say I'm closing in on the older group, but some might say I'm already there (mid-50s) but my energy level is closer a much younger generation. For example, when I am with friends and they are sitting around, I can only sit for a short time before I have to get up and move, I have always been this way. As for mentally, I want to say that I am wiser, but still immature. (Not sure if that made sense at all.)

I still feel young and sometimes like a kid although I am old. I am not aging mentally and physically but my hair said so.

Okay may I know your age please? Well, hair can be gray even after or before teenage it can be genetic and hormonal imbalances. Our gray hair cannot define our actual age. Age is just a number

Being a kid has been a very good experience and sometimes I find myself reverting back to kidlike behavior but mostly situations always demands that I act and behave as a grown up .

I like to think of myself as a kid at heart. I'm very fun loving, but could act like the mature adult that I am when necessary.
