Hello from Green Bay, Wisconsin. It's a very pleasant day, with no sticky humidity, and a nice breeze. I haven't looked at the weather report for the day, so I don't know what the current temp is, except probably 60s since that's what it's supposed to be.
It's been a crazy day. I woke at 5:11 AM and rushed out of bed because my son would be here shortly after 6 and that didn't give me a lot of time to get my Bible study done. In fact, I finished it when I finally got the laptop online at my son's. This also meant I didn't have time to get everything calculated for the health report from yesterday. I just got that taken care of.

I always avoid eating oily food and during this covid lock down i am doing yoga at home.
