Hello from Green Bay, Wisconsin. It's a very pleasant day, with no sticky humidity, and a nice breeze. I haven't looked at the weather report for the day, so I don't know what the current temp is, except probably 60s since that's what it's supposed to be. It's been a crazy day. I woke at 5:11 AM and rushed out of bed because my son would be here shortly after 6 and that didn't give me a lot of time to get my Bible study done. In fact, I finished it when I finally got the laptop online at my son's. This also meant I didn't have time to get everything calculated for the health report from yesterday. I just got that taken care of. Here then are yesterday's health and fitness numbers. Food Breakfast - 1 Banana, 3 Eggs, 2 Slices Turkey Bacon, 1 Serving Steak-umm Calories: 520 Sugar: 12 Carbs: 23 Protein: 34.1 Sodium: 631 Fat: 28.3 Lunch - Potato Salad w/Potato, Egg, Onion, Tomato, Cucumber, Celery, Avocado Oil Mayo Calories: 205 Sugar: 1.95 Carbs: 19 Protein: 4.9 Sodium: 270 Fat: 11.5 Supper - Romaine Salad w/ Egg, Cucumber, Roma Tomato, Lt. Sweet Vidalia Onion Dressing Calories: 185 Sugar: 11.75 Carbs: 15.75 Protein: 7 Sodium: 162 Fat: 10 Total Macros: Calories: 910 Sugar: 25.7 Carbs: 57.75 Protein: 46 Sodium: 1063 Fat: 49.8 Fitness Steps: 20,062 Miles: 7.47 Activity/Exercise: 119 Minutes Water: 88 Oz. Calories burned: 2432 Total calories: -1522 Weight: 191.6 I lost all the water weight I gained so I'm back to my low. Yuck!!! I'm sorry you've got that crazy weather. Thank you. I just closed my office window because it was too chilly. I've had it open all week.
