How do you like your fish to be cooked?

Hello Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters I woke up today with a good weather. Sunny and cool air. I love the weather but I`m thinking of a good dinner today and that is about the Sweet sour fish fillet. It`s a simple cooking that I got from youtube. A coated with flour and egg fish fillet mixed with a sweet sour sauce where I fried it with onion, garlic, bellpepper and chilli sweet sour sauce. Oh so yummy or sometimes I like it just fried and dip it with a soya sauce. I also like grilled stuffed fish How about you my dear mylotters. How do you like your fish to be cooked? I hope you can share with me here

i ate the lower part of the fish mixed with the Ilocano dish i cooked 2 days ago. i eat any preparation of fish as long as these are not fresh coming out directly from the sea.

I am surprised that we cook the Sweet sour fish fillet in the same way.However I usually use the carps and mandarin fish to make it.
