Herd mentality or mob mentality - if Google it you will find that it means "a behavior in which people act the same way or adopt similar behaviors as the people around them — often ignoring their own feelings in the process". I certainly feel this herd mentality exists. I have personal experience of the same at my workplace on board ship. What about you?

Some times we react as other feeling with out considering our feelings.. This type of nature i see in my kids too..I have combined family so we have three kids in our home.. One kid reaping his own way but other two respond according to him not considering their feelings..on seeing this i get shocked but don't know how to change their behavior..They are small not possible to understand them..hope they change their behavior in their journey..

even the bible says in 1Corinthians 15:33 that bad associations spoils useful habits. But in my case, i think my personality is strong that I don't get easily influenced by people.
