Everyone can go out but....

Today, under the guidelines of general community quarantine, our city here could be back to life again but not the same as it was maybe. Some restrictions were lifted like everybody can go out within city limits. The quarantine pass is no longer required but the wearing of mask and physical distancing are mandatory.
For me, I will not risk going out if it's not a necessary purpose.

Same here that you can travel within town limits only. The checkpoint is still strict.

@ZedSmart if the malls are open, how can customers from other towns and cities come to the mall?

@Alexandoy that's the problem especially there that neighboring towns and cities are just so close.

That is correct, @zed. Don't go out unless it's necessary. Don't treat it as GCQ, treat it as a MECQ.

We were having the same situation. I had already resumed my walking routine around the city streets.
