In Russia it's usually very cold in winters, like in average about -25C, in some regions the temperature as low as -50C.
Usually people wear a very warm things, like fur coats and huge hats to cover ears, woolen scarfs and sweaters, thick pants.
I've also seen winters in India - well nothing much in common with Russian winters ^^ but nevertheless, sometimes it is about 0C +1C in winters. And it is cold inside the house, because they don't hate the hearting system at all. That makes one wear a woolen sweater and pants. I've seen people even sleeping in sweaters, coz it is cold at nights.
I love winters, Christmas, New Year, my Birthday ^^ so i kind of enjoy wearing warm stuff and have fun, playing snowballs.
Sad thing, that in India there is no snow in the place where i stay... feel like missing my Russian cold sometimes ^^
