Good day friends
I had a quiet day today, but I feel sleepy all day. I just checked one shipment I sent on Thursday and now I see that the shipment will be returned to me. I'm crazy, I can't believe that people order something, and then they don't want to receive it.
I have cleared all notifications, so I will now read the discussions.
Have you ever ordered something and didn't want to receive it?

Such are our people, one of the main reasons why I stopped doing it a few years ago, I can't really stand such a dose of insolence

So you are an online seller? That is one problem if the payment is COD - cash on delivery. Most of my friends who are online sellers require payment first before delivery.

@Nevena83 whenever I would order goods online, I always pay on delivery. It is not safe if I pay in advance and then the product is wrong.

Honestly, have you think you are being prank?
Haha, probably not.
The return might be there is no recipient or the delivery man put a note to the recipient to collect the item within a allowable period but they have fail to do so. Thus, the delivery company return to you.

I guess you need to contact with the online platform to report this issue. They might ban the buyer account if they done it purposely with all the buyer, Otherwise, you will be banned or penalty by the platform I guess.
For what I know Lazada is having penalty on buyer if they found out the return parcel is too frequent.

I never cancelled an order I placed only . Because I know the seller needs business and an order cancellation will reduce his seller rating and what little profit he was expecting from the sale.

@jayanth_77 That's right, but what he bought is $ 16, and I'll have a cost of $ 20, which means that the next time I sell that item, I'll be at a loss again.

@Nevena83 courier charges is based on weight of the parcel and distance of the destination address and not on value .

Everything was clear, I even lowered the price for him and he doesn't take the package without saying it and now I'm at a loss of $ 20.
