I ran out an EMF last week so I made myself new stock. The last time I used 1 kilo of “cucumber tree” or “tree sorrel” (Averrhoa bilimbi); it has local name “kamias” which is super sour So, for this batch I made EMF out of mango and cassava peel. Water should be enough to cover the fruit’s skin. I added half a cup of brown sugar. Boil for 15 mins. By the way, I did not combine the two in a casserole OK, after that let it cool. Place it in bottles. Wait for 30 days to ferment. EMF can be substitute as cleaning agent (for your bathroom tiles, stove top, sink, cleaning mirrors, and mouthwash which I personally tried it)... I got this idea from my aunt whose encouraging me to lessen our household waste to help the environment. Maybe if you have hacks or good practices at home that you could share that would be wonderful
