I found it hanging on the door knob as I went out this afternoon. It took me like 2 minutes and came with an envelope with pre-paid postage. There is like no reason not to do it. I saw one of the packets sitting in the middle of the 2nd floor landing which means that someone took it off of the door and tossed it. Kind of silly if you ask me but hey whatever. From what I read if you don't respond online or by mail they will send someone to your residence to get the information. So that's done now. As Monica Geller would say. . . "check!"
