PepperMint Oil Review

I am feeling hot in this summer afternoon so I put on a few drops of peppermint oil on my nape, armpits, back of elbow, back of knees and ankles. Aahh it feels good. I taste like menthol now especially with the fan blowing on me. It doesnt last long though. Maybe a few hours. So it could be good if you are trying to get some sleep on a hot summer evening. I still wish my room is airy with natural breeze.

Try to open your window slightly at night. It's good to inhale fresh and natural air while sleeping

Ha ha true. At least I hope it is pleasing to other people. I believe this would be handy to keep in your bag for when it is hot outside.

Yes the windows are open but it's not breezy day I guess.
