Sometimes, i question myself why do people overthingking? Overthinking is condition feeling anxious because think to much usually came at night when the conditions are alone and lonely. But, what are we really worried about? Future? Relationship? We are often trapped in our own illusions or thoughts. Actually there is nothing we need to worry, we just have to go through each day well.

Hi. Its easier said than done. Either I need to be engaged in something that requires my full attention, or I will just not be able to stop my thoughts. May be its sign of some anxiety disorder. But currently its not just me, with this panademic situation and its economic crisis, adding more negative news around the world, people will go full on overthink mode, I think. Very few people have the ability to be contained and live in the moment and i am jealous of such people.

Overthinking leads to anxiety .We become sleepless and start worrying about things which are not in our controll.

I do understand, overthinking is harmful... But sadly this is sometimes a part of nature or trait.... Anxiety and overthinking are one of kinds ofthe mental illness
Sometimes you just can't help...
