It's a beautiful morning in Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. The weatherman struck out again. We were supposed to get bad storms through the night from Green Bay and south. Green Bay didn't get the storms, but they did to the south. There is even the report of a tornado about an hour from where I live to the southwest. Lots of hail and strong winds. I'm glad we missed the bad weather and I hope my sister is doing okay this morning as she lives in the area where it got major activity with wind and hail. I just talked to her, she has some cleanup, but nothing major.
Yesterday was a good day for food and exercise. My goal to switch from meat to fish is working well. Here are yesterday's numbers.

Overall I think I did all right. My weight is up again today, but not much. I need to get rid of four ounces of water weight to get back to my low. My sodium was higher than I like. And I didn't drink as much water. I'll make up for that today. Otherwise, my numbers are looking good. I'm still burning more calories than I'm consuming, and that's a good thing.

I think you still did really well minus the sodium and not as much water. Its not always easy to drink enough!

What diet charts? I've lost almost 59 pounds on the Whole30 and Paleo programs.
