Quarantine fatigue

Who else is feeling so fed up with staying at home? If your country is not still under the strict measures of COVID19, then you are lucky to be going back to your normal routine. Here, the conditions are still strict and staying at home is the safest way to avoid catching the virus. Fatigue creaps on me some days but I have learnt to deal with it. Some ways include;
1. Accepting the situation as it is.
2. Going out and getting some light each morning - it reminds my mind that it is time to be alert.
3. I have been training myself to deal with anxiety as it interferes with sleep and causes me to feel tired the whole day.
4. Establishing new routines.
5. Eating healthy meals.
6. Sticking to daily 30 minutes of exercise.
Do you have quarantine fatigue? How are you dealing with it?

Yeah, it is better to follow the rules than contact the disease.

Yes, quarantine or lock down is starting to effect me a little. I live in the UK. Our lock down has eased slightly and really I should not be complaining as I love to cycle and thankfully I am allowed to do this, I try to get out there when the weather is nice and at least this gives me my freedom and a glorious dose of fresh air!
I haven't been sleeping that well though whether this is due to the warm weather or other thoughts on my mind, I don't know but I have been trying to take cat naps throughout the day. I am confident that this whole business won't go on forever and hopefully the experts or scientists of the world will finally come up with a vaccine! Life goes on :)
