Today I'm in mood to talk about food so I thought I will put up the topic.
Here in Egypt people eat lots of bread and meat and they love pastas, but I'm not fun of these. I don't eat meat just fish and sea food, but after a week eating lots of bread and pasta I was really hungry for some fresh food. So I had grilled sea bass, baba ganoush (smoked aubergine salad) and green salad for dinner. Of course it came with bread, but I left this part out. Afterwards some sweet watermelon hmm. What are you having/had? Or what is your favorite type of food?

@marguicha it's a great decision, it will do very good for your health, I'm sure you will feel the difference. When I stopped eating meat and started to have more seafood, I could feel my mind more clear and I felt light too. Since lots of meat is not good for the stomach, can cause acids and gases, but Omega-3 and protein in the fish is very useful for the body and the brain. Also a big Chinese study made with millions of people shew that meat protein causes cancer sometimes but vegetable protein never. That was the day I decided to stop eating meat. I was searching about protein rich vegetables and found out that eg. algae spirulina contains more healthy protein than meet. I started taking organic spirulina supplements. And generally seafood has lots of protein and zinc.

@marguicha I had the same experience with drinks before. For me my taste changed a lot. When I was around 20 I loved whiskey coke, now I can't stand it. I prefer rum and coke now. I used to like sweet liquors, now I find them too sweet, I don't like them more.

@Alexandra_bright I think salmon is common in Norway. I love salmon, too. Especially the smoked one.

@thelme55 Yes in Germany everything is a bit expensive for sure, mostly seafood. Like in UK where I used to live before the lockdown :D But in Norway eg. salmon lots of time cheaper compared to other European countries. I love salmon.
