Weekly Weigh In - Week of May 30 - June 5th | New Low!

Hello everyone, how are you all doing? I hope well. I am back to share my weekly weigh in. Starting weight: 189.4 Last week: 173.2 Today: 172.2 I am down another pound, bringing my total weight loss since January 1st to 17.2 pounds! Getting close to 20, which will be my first goal. So, now for the weekly workout and then steps check in. May 30th - 90 Minutes, 825 calories May 31st - N/A June 1st - 53 minutes, 388 calories June 2nd - 1 hour, 532 calories June 3rd - 140 minutes, 1,105 calories June 4th - 132 minutes, 1,126 calories June 5th - 120 minutes, 1,027 calories Total exercise calories burned: 4,615 Last week: 4,120 I burned almost 500 calories more than the week before. Next week I will try for more of course. May 30th - 11,903 May 31st - 3,209 June 1st - 8,165 June 2nd - 11,750 June 3rd - 14,939 June 4th -15,014 June 5th - 16,171 Steps for the week total: 81,151 Last week: 74,684 Definitely an improvement on my steps in the last week. I will be thinking on more goals for once I do reach the 20 pounds lost. How did you all do this past week with exercise, food, and weight loss (if you are trying to lose)? @MommyOfEli2013 A pound a week is about right to prevent a lot of loose skin on your body.

You did well. Congratulations on the new low. I haven't gained or lost in three days. I'm still looking for the new low. I'm doing well.

Thank you, it is nice to see new lows! Of course I am up in water weight because I have had a carb weekend. Going to try cutting back on how many carb days I have though. Sorry you haven't lost in 3 days, but at least you have not gained! Hope you will see a new low soon though

I trying to burn only 50 calories every day in one week, but I giving up. I didn't have any weight problem just want make healthy body, but it's too tiring for me. Anyway, keep going!
