Good Saturday morning from sunny Green Bay, Wisconsin. I don't have anything planned for today other than working on Legacy, so I'm going to try to be here and interact with you if the site will allow me.
Yesterday was a good day for food and fitness. I think I'm trying too hard. I've been going to bed with Ibuprofen the past couple of nights with all the exercise I've been doing. This morning I'm feeling a bit worse for wear, so I'm going to take it easy today. Here are yesterday's food and fitness numbers.

Overall, I think I did well yesterday, even though I hurt like crazy when I went to bed last night and could barely walk. Which is why I'm taking it easy today. I'm going to stick with the minimum today.

Excellent diet plane but not possible to controlling my mouth on eating lol..need more control I think..
Any tips for controlling eating more food my friend.

You did well with your diet. I wasn`t able to have good diet food yesterday. It`s friday and my husband ordered pizza and salad for me not to cook on Fridays
