Good Saturday morning from sunny Green Bay, Wisconsin. I don't have anything planned for today other than working on Legacy, so I'm going to try to be here and interact with you if the site will allow me. Yesterday was a good day for food and fitness. I think I'm trying too hard. I've been going to bed with Ibuprofen the past couple of nights with all the exercise I've been doing. This morning I'm feeling a bit worse for wear, so I'm going to take it easy today. Here are yesterday's food and fitness numbers. Food Breakfast - 1 Banana, 3 Eggs, 2 Slices Turkey Bacon, 1 Potato Calories: 530 Sugar: 13 Carbs: 49 Protein: 32.1 Sodium: 611 Fat: 19.3 Lunch - 1 Serving Ocean Perch, 1 Bag, 3 Servings, Riced Cauliflower, 2 Servings Homemade Tartar Sauce, 1 Banana, 1 Serving Cherry Tomatoes Calories: 337 Sugar: 21.9 Carbs: 42.8 Protein: 25.4 Sodium: 323.5 Fat: 10.3 Dinner - 1 Potato w/2 Servings Homemade Tartar Sauce Calories: 200 Sugar: 1 Carbs: 28 Protein: 3 Sodium: 200 Fat: 9 Total Macros: Calories: 1067 Sugar: 35.9 Carbs: 119.8 Protein: 60.5 Sodium: 1134.5 Fat: 38.6 Fitness Steps: 11,836 Miles: 4.2 Activity/Exercise: 106 Minutes - Does not include 20 minutes on the treadmill Water: 4 Bottles Calories burned: 2463 Total calories: -1396 Weight:191.6 Same as yesterday. Overall, I think I did well yesterday, even though I hurt like crazy when I went to bed last night and could barely walk. Which is why I'm taking it easy today. Right now I have an avocado calling me from where it has been ripening the last few days and I am hoping for a break in the drizzly weather so I can go across to Walmart for my thyroid medicine.

Sorry that you have been feeling sore from exercising. I hope it goes away. Good luck working on your book. We're just going to read, relax and watch television. I have laundry hanging out in the sunshine and dinner on the stove.

Excellent diet plane but not possible to controlling my mouth on eating lol..need more control I think.. Any tips for controlling eating more food my friend. Have a nice day.

You did well with your diet. I wasn`t able to have good diet food yesterday. It`s friday and my husband ordered pizza and salad for me not to cook on Fridays

Keep it great! I was trying a week without eat carbo (carbo is main food in my country). So, I didn't eat rice for a week and change to vegetables and fruit. It's nice. Lately, I trying cardio for 10 minutes per day only.
