Just a Bad Feeling

Been battling this not so feeling well these past few days, always waking up at the wrong side of the bed. I'm trying to convince myself that I'm fine, I'm doing well and this will pass but it seems that my body is not cooperating so well. I'm feeling so lousy and really exhausted today.

Some days ago, I woke up with pains all over my body. That happened 2 consecutive mornings. Those were the times that I missed dinner on the night before. Check your digestive system, it might be the culprit.

here comes something i believe many believe in:
" we should be energetic during Mondays because it is the first day of the week". but of course, it is not always right to prove this adage right.
sometimes, we feel something not good during the first day of the week, or during Fridays.

Sorry you're not feeling well. Try to relax dear and eat your favorite food and watch your favorite Show or movie or cartoons
