Indian culture is one of the cultures in the world. There are many religions here and they have their own culture .Many festivals are celebrated here and different religions celebrated festivals by their own rituals. They have their own food culture also such as poha ,sambar, upma, makke ki roti, idli, aloo papad etc .The national language of India is hindi but different languages are spoken in different states. I am also an Indian and familiar with Indian culture. But I really doubt it's the oldest culture and civilization in the world.

@DeepikaGoodluck no it's not your mistake. Scientists are coming out with new discoveries every day and finding new civilization through excavation and carbon dating. When I was in school Indus civilization was considered the oldest known civilization but now it's not as pointed out by a myloter here which I didn't know.

japanese are used to way of bushido. even if it deeived from way of samurai living, but now bushido remains even after hundred years in daily lives. you can find it like "act of shame". meaning that, many people in japan are be ome more and more shy, and very concerned if what they do, or what they say, bring shame to other people.

Yes in India it's possible to see different cultures, different religions, different food habits, different festivals too but all together like a family.. That's the great thing of our nation.
